Opening the Gateway to Serving Clients Online.
Avant Guard Gates supplies and manufactures top-quality automatic gate and access control products and services. Serving British Columbians since 2000, this local business has a great reputation. Business owner, Vince, needed a website to grow his business online. He needed an easy way for clients to consult his sales staff online, and to make buying decisions and purchases via an online shopping cart ‘turned’ wishlist. Since Vince was often occupied, travelling the world to various trade shows, he entrusted Original Ginger to manage a successful project on his behalf.
Using Avant Guard’s existing logo, we created a minimalist colour palette to guide creatives during website design. We integrated Ecommerce to the website, and converted the online purchase process into a ‘wish list’ request. Now, the Avant Guard Sales Team can streamline their process. Clients can select products of interest, submit their list prior to payment, and receive immediate follow up from a knowledgeable sales person. The Sales person has all the relevant information to provide an appropriate quote and installation experience during the call.
