Lending a Helping Hand.
There’s nothing like helping a good cause and BC Lupus is an organization that we support in whatever ways we can. This volunteer-based society is committed to providing education and support to people affected by lupus. They organise support groups and offer a wide variety of services which link the BC Lupus Society to thousands of people affected by this debilitating autoimmune disease. They also increase awareness and promote advances in research. Every summer, we sponsor their Walk for Research and Picnic Party in the Park. However, we also thought their brand logo needed a well-deserved tune-up and a more modern and sophisticated representation than their previous one.

Their New Logo Takes Flight.
Although we wouldn’t think of changing their existing brand colours, or the iconic butterfly that they are known for, we were able to create a fresh new illustration, with butterfly wings that are slightly transparent, to give it a gossamer effect. This allowed for a subtle blend of their brand colours, and made it easy to translate into silk-screen applications for t-shirts and other marketing materials. Now, we can’t wait to see their new logo in action! And we love seeing them in their new branded T-shirts, and that beautiful elegant butterfly, as sponsors at their next charity event!
