Seattle DogSpot is the go-to, one-stop website for all things dog in the Seattle area, offering the most comprehensive list of resources and a dynamic online community for dog lovers. Its DogBlog provides insightful commentary on dog-related issues and they are an active member of the dog community in Seattle, donating thousands of dollars to dog rescue groups and shelters since the first started in 2012.
At Original Ginger, we love dogs, so when Robert, Top Dog at Seattle DogSpot, approached us to help create a new website, we were thrilled. Although, his previous website was beautiful and interactive it was slow loading, and the Team at Seattle DogSpot couldn’t easily blog or make website changes themselves. They needed a less cluttered, more responsive web design.

Built on WordPress, we created an easy-to-update website with more calm white space so that important calls to action stand out more. We added an events calendar, ad space management capability, and a branded shopping cart solution that included inventory tracking, data export, social sharing, and optimized SEO. With a little WordPress training and a crash course in simple SEO, Robert and his furry friends are off to the races with a faster loading and more powerful website.
