If you’ve taken a peek around our website, you may have noticed that orange looks really good on us. The Original Ginger team designs beautiful custom marketing and branding solutions for our clients with every colour in the rainbow, but when it comes right down to it, we just can’t resist our signature shade. Autumn leaves and ripe pumpkins are perfect examples… and they make a picture perfect setting for our super fun yearly OG Family and Friends event. Just look at all that glorious ginger!
We’re huge fans of Aldor Acres Family Farm; it’s an amazing local business with interesting things to see and do all year round. In the fall, we love to host our team members and clients for a day of hot chocolate, hayrides, pumpkin picking, quality time with puppies and piglets, and the ever entertaining running of the goats! We’re so lucky to have such an incredible group of people to share this fun event with, and we are pretty excited to see it grow each time it comes around. Everyone always leaves with great memories, pumpkins for carving, and some really tasty home-made preserves and sauces. (We highly recommend the Aldor Acres Salsa!) We got a little bit muddy and a lot covered in goat hair, and we spent an awesome day with our family and friends around a crackling campfire. It is a wonderful celebration to acknowledge and thank some equally incredible people, and the Original Ginger crew looks forward to it each year; we attend, sponsor, and help organize a number of events, but this one is truly special. We can’t wait for next year’s Family and Friends celebration… and we hope you’ll be on that hayride with us!
